1- 15 ounce can organic pumpkin

1 Tbsp grated carrots
1 Tbsp finely chopped apple
1/2 grated ginger
Sprinkled chia seed and unhulled sesame seeds.
Sprinkled cinnamon and a dash of turmeric
Bird safe wood sticks etc.
