Parrot Salsa by Ursie Lucas

This is something I make as an occasional treat for my birds.
Parrot Salsa~

2 slices of mango cut in small cubes
2 slices apples ^
2 slices kiwi ^
2 grapes cut ^
2 slices red pepper^
1 Serrano pepper ^
1 slice fresh ginger grated
Juice of 1 lime
2 Kale leaves chopped
1 Tbs kamut cooked with turmeric
1 Tbs quinoa cooked
Cinnamon
Oregano
Crushed red pepper
