No Bake Sweet Potato Crunch Balls ~ by Ursie Lucas

1 Large Sweet Potato (steamed) 1 Banana 1/2 Apple:chopped finely 2 Figs (I picked two off my tree) 1/2 Cup Leafy Green Tops 1/2 Carrot- grated 1 Cup Bobs Red Mill Muesli 1tbsp pumpkin seeds Sprinkle cinnamon & ginger Mix everything in a bowl, rolled some in ground flax seed & the others in chia seed & unhulled sesame seeds. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.
