Pumpkin Cranberry Bread ~

(What I used)
1 Bag Harrison’s millet & Flax bread mix
1 Cup garbanzo bean flour
1 snack size applesauce
1 egg
1 cup fresh cranberries chopped in food processor frozen
1 small kuri pumpkin sliced & tossed in food processor
1/2 banana
1 cup muesli
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
5/8 tsp ginger
1 Tbsp cinnamon
I mixed everything in mixer. Lightly coated cast iron with coconut oil
Bake at 350* about 45 minutes
