Sweet Potato Balls by Ursie Lucas

(All organic ingredients)

1 large sweet potato
steamed until tender, I tossed in mixer bowl with peel on.
1/2 banana
tossed in mixer bowl & mix well.

In separate bowl:
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
1 tbs flax seed
A few sprinkles of cinnamon
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup shredded coconut

Mix well & toss in big mixer bowl, mix well.

On parchment paper I sprinkled unhulled sesame seeds, chia seeds, & milk thistle seeds.

Roll balls in seeds.

Placed on baking stone with Sunshine Factor.
Bake @ 350* for 15-20 minutes
