Fall Birdie Bread

1- 15 ounce can organic pumpkin spice
1 egg white (grain fed chickens)
1 Tbsp coconut/raspberry non-dairy, soy free yogurt
1/2 Tbsp grated ginger
1/2 Tbsp ground flax seed
1 Cup coconut flour
1 snack size organic applesauce
1/2 Cup chopped nuts (almond, pistachio, hazelnut, walnut)
1/2 Cup dried Unsulfured fruit (papaya, banana, mango)
Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
