Homemade Nutriberries by Ursie Lucas

1 Cup of dried unsulfured fruit such as papaya, cherries, cranberries, blueberries, pineapple
2 Tbsp of coconut (I used organic shredded coconut)
1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal (Bobs Red Mill)
1/2 cup nutritious seeds (I used milk thistle (unshelled), hemp, chia. Unhulled sesame seeds
1/4 cup crushed nuts
2 Tbsp Organic almond butter
1 snack size organic applesauce

Blend all dry ingredients in a food processor until chopped finely.
Place mixture into a bowl, add almond butter and applesauce.
Mix very well until mixture is sticky.
Roll mixture into small 1/2 inch ball then dip in moist chia/flax seed and place on baking stone.
Bake at 325* for about 18 minutes. Cool & Serve
I greased my stone with coconut oil
