Acorn Stuffed Squash by Ursie Lucas

I carved the guts and baked for 15 minutes. The outer shell I left raw. (Everything organic including the acorn squash)
Steamed Sweet Potato
Apple Sauce
Cooked Quinoa
Red & Green Peppers
Dandelion Greens
Kale
Chamomile Leaves
Fig
Grated Ginger
Shredded Coconut
Milk Thistle Seed
Chia Seed
Ground Flax Seed
Chopped Almonds
Dash of Chopped Walnuts
Garnished with Nasturtium Flower with Leaves.
I didn’t add my greens until mixture was cooled.
